Flour Mill Warranty Terms & Conditions
Jagruti Appliances LLP warrants its flour mills against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, for the periods below and subject to the terms on this page.
Warranty Period
- Grinding chamber: lifetime guarantee.
- Product: 1 year.
- Motor: 5 years (Royal, Royal Plus, Supreme, Supreme Plus), 10 years (Kerona, Kerona Plus, Aura, Aura Plus) or 1 year (Gelanto 2HP).
Warranty periods for other machines vary by product. Many food processing machines carry a 1-year warranty. Confirm the exact term for your model with our team.
Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects under normal household use.
- Repair or replacement of defective components, at the company’s discretion.
- Warranty service through Jagruti Appliances LLP or its authorized service network.
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage, breakage, dents, scratches or mishandling.
- Damage due to voltage fluctuations, electrical surges or incorrect connections.
- Damage caused by water, moisture, fire, rodents, insects or other external factors.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications or alterations.
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts.
- Damage caused by improper installation, operation, maintenance or misuse.
- Damage resulting from use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Warranty Service
Customers may be required to provide the original purchase invoice/proof of purchase, along with the product model and serial number.
Service, transportation, visiting or other charges may apply where specified under the warranty policy.
Important Conditions
The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and does not automatically restart after repair or replacement. Jagruti Appliances LLP reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility based on product inspection and applicable warranty terms.
