A letter from our director.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. In 1995 that step was a 100 sq. ft. workshop in Rajkot, a handful of tools, and a conviction that a flour mill built honestly would outlast one built cheaply.
We chose early on to make our machines ourselves rather than assemble someone else's parts. It was the slower path. It meant investing in tooling before we could afford it, and in people who cared whether a weld held. But it is the reason a Jagruti mill bought fifteen years ago is still grinding today, and the reason we can answer for every component inside one.
What started in that small unit has today grown into Jagruti Appliances, operating from a modern 35,000 sq. ft. ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility and serving families and businesses across India. The floor is larger and the machines are more precise, but what we check before a unit leaves has not changed.

Our journey.
1995 — Foundation
Jagruti Appliances began as a small 100 sq. ft. manufacturing unit in Rajkot, Gujarat.
Manufacturing growth
Steady reinvestment expanded production capacity and in-house manufacturing capability year on year.
Product expansion
The range grew from domestic flour mills into pulverizers, food processing machinery, roti making machines and kitchen appliances.
Technology & innovation
Automatic cleaning systems, digital controls and advanced three-layer roti technology were introduced across the range.
Nationwide reach
Jagruti products now reach customers and trade partners across India.
Today
Jagruti Appliances LLP operates from a modern 35,000 sq. ft. ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility in Rajkot, Gujarat.
Built in-house, end to end.
Nothing leaves the Iscon Industrial Area facility that we did not cut, machine, assemble and test ourselves. Owning the whole process is slower than sourcing finished sub-assemblies, and it is the only way we can stand behind a machine for its full working life.
Total quality management runs at every stage of production under ISO 9001:2015 — not as a certificate on a wall, but as the checks a unit has to pass before it is boxed.
